Hermes Jarvis is a private personal assistant application used by its owner for productivity automation. This policy explains how the app handles Google user data.
Hermes Jarvis may access Google Workspace data only after the user grants permission through Google OAuth. Depending on the permissions granted, this may include Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Contacts data.
Google user data is used only to complete tasks explicitly requested by the authorized user, such as reading or sending email, retrieving calendar information, creating or editing documents, or working with files.
Hermes Jarvis does not sell Google user data. Hermes Jarvis does not share Google user data with third parties except as necessary to operate the private assistant environment or comply with applicable law.
OAuth tokens may be stored locally in the private assistant environment to allow the app to complete authorized tasks. Task outputs may be stored locally when needed for user-requested work.
The user may revoke access at any time from their Google Account permissions page. Locally stored tokens or task artifacts can be deleted upon request by the app owner.
Access to the app and stored credentials is intended to be limited to the private assistant environment controlled by the app owner.
